THE CHALLENGE: A client launched a new technology into the marketplace but their sales, support and service databases were quarantined from one another in silos.
THE SOLUTION: Instead of syncing the platforms, MondoCRM built a single database accessible to each of the 3 teams. One data entry point worked across all departments. All security rights were administered and easily audited. Management uses the same database to pull service reports and calculate the costs of repair relative to the service contracts sold.
