THE SOLUTION: Mondo CRM built a single unified, customer-centric platform for all these company functions by seamlessly interfacing ACT! with QuickBooks and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. In addition, Mondo built custom reports and added Microsoft Business Intelligence so management could visualize vital performance data such as sales, invoicing, shipping, cash flow, debt service, payroll, email, taxes, production costs, margins, profitability by customer and product, forecasted versus actual company and department performance, all in real time.
